海琪出生數月後吧，每日來日托的小人，活動力逐日逐月漸強. 

玩具，看卡通，紙上畫畫，吹皂泡，逐兔追雁追烏鴉等等之外，每天一定有故事時間.

艾嬤顧養阿孫海琪，仰仗社區豐厚的公共資源.

野趣兼森林感十足的戶外公園或海灘，不同區域的戶外遊樂場.

另外，圖書館裡每週借來的童書，多達數百本，搞不好近千本也有可能，更是豐富的圖書資源.

專屬三四歲以下幼兒看的硬殼書週週讓艾嬤書來書去，少有重覆，書況也好，每月有新書.

嬤孫伴讀，海琪看圖聽阿嬤唸故事.

同樣的童書，阿嬤唸，阿爸，媽媽唸，海琪聽來各有不同的說述方式.

中英雙語，潛移默化.

海琪兩歲左右，人語略表達.

現在，逐漸有一些完整句子出來。阿嬤教的“Yes Yes No No No，來叫 come， 去叫go， 蕃茄叫做tomato... ”，洗澡時可以自得其樂的一直唱。ABC Song可以獨唱完整，英文字母一字不落。

早在更幼時的海琪,彼時少話多肢體語言,艾嬤一樣講講講.

有講有差，日後，大人指圖問答，都會.

無形中看書的習慣有了!

書來書去，艾嬤注意到了，即是專屬給三四歲幼兒看的童書，書源廣泛，故事題材多元，有生活教育，有時事.

COVID-19冠狀病毒傳播，圖畫故事要勤洗手，戴口罩.

多元種族，多元文化，反歧視!

LGBTQ2性別平權.

(男生愛女生，女生愛男生非主流了，啊呀!)

(艾嬤不其然翻閱到這些題材的圖畫故事時，心中大驚，喔，三四歲小人，特殊題材，才這麼的幼小，就要宣導了喔？或者，也是在教育成年人喔!)

世界啊，其實多叢林多猛獸多奸狼，COVID-19當道，但是也無妨大聲唱唱四海一家，We are the world.
